GW2 Release date 11/02/2010?? - Guild Wars Forums

Well I have been to several Gamestops around town where I live and all of them seem to have a 11/02/2010 shipping date for GW2 in their system! I haven't found anything officially yet but it seems like we are getting closer to a release date!

IF this is accurate looks like we have just about 1 more year to wait! Time is getting much closer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can anyone confirm this?

Did you ask them when they were getting Battletoads in?

At any rate, no I havn't heard anything, and I sort of doubt that's true. I doubt even anet has any clue when it'll be released yet.

congrats on perpetuating yet another myth that retailers set release dates when they really are just grabbing your money

go ahead, give it all to them. It's only Anet, you know who makes the game, who will decide on release date

Placeholders. Until it comes from Anet, don't believe any date you hear.

naa its not a official date, its only official when it is plastered all over Anets GW2 website. The date is just something the shareholders use. But i do believe that it will be out next year.

Though it is a tuesday, but still to early to tell, also the link doesn't mean anything.
